Um...For people who buy this game on DLsite, it seems they hid all files and folders. So here is way to unhide them:

1- Go to your Command Line by type "cmd" in Run dialog box then Enter
2- Go to Miel folder by type "cd Miel" then Enter
3- Type "attrib -S -H /S /D" then Enter
4- Type these command without quote and they will unhide whole Miel folder which contain files and subfolders inside ^_^
